Shipping – physical products
Within Australia: We use Australia Post, which includes parcel tracking.
International: Regular air mail is used which does not include a tracking service. If you would like to have your parcel tracked, please contact us before placing your order as additional fees apply.
We aim to ship your item within 3-5 business days, after receiving full payment (including shipping costs) via PayPal (which accepts credit cards). If shipping within Australia, your order should then arrive within another 2-3 days. If sent outside Australia, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.
Shipping – electronic products
Once purchased, you will receive an email with the link to download your product.
Please download and save to your computer as the link in the email will expire. We cannot reissue your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take great pride in all our products, yet should you encounter a problem, please contact us.
With physical products, we generally do not refund or exchange items unless they are faulty. The purchaser pays for the shipping on returned items. Original shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.
There is no refund on electronic items once purchased.
