Psychic Medium Readings with Helen Thomas

All of the Little Sage’s Sessions are provided by Helen Thomas, who is both a psychic and a medium. All readings will be psychic, but not all will be medium. If your preference is for a medium reading, please mention this in your booking request. 

During a psychic reading, Helen specifically highlights your current situation and the areas of your life where you may be experiencing blockages or change. Throughout the reading, you’re encouraged to ask Helen whatever questions you wish to ask. For example, many people like to ask about love, money, work and health, but you’re welcome to ask whatever you’d like. 

A medium reading with Helen includes aspects of the psychic reading above, but will also focus on connecting with the energy of people who have passed away (mediumship). Although Helen cannot control who she connects with, or what they may have to share, the information is accurate and specific for the person she is reading for.

Helen provides psychic medium readings

  • in person (at Helen’s reading room)
  • via phone (she will call you if you have an Australian landline)
  • via webcam
  • via email (this is a one-off Q&A session, rather than an ongoing dialogue)

Phone and webcam readings are just as accurate, informative and effective as readings done in person. It is not so much about the person in front of Helen, as it is about her connection with her guides and spirit, which can happen anywhere Helen is. However, email readings do work slightly differently. Rather than being an open, on-going dialogue, email readings are a one-off, Q&A session and reserved for psychic readings only.

What to expect in The Little Sage’s Sessions

The sessions can be as interactive as you’d like to make it. While you don’t have to volunteer information during a reading, you are encouraged to participate in whatever way you feel comfortable. Paper and pens are provided so you can make notes throughout the session. If you would like to record the session, you’re welcome to bring along a recording device to do so. You’re also welcome to supply photographs of anyone you’d like to ask about. This is particuarly useful for medium readings.

What happens after a reading?

Helen’s psychic readings are geared towards empowering individuals to make real change in their lives. You’ll often be given many useful tips in a reading, specific to your circumstances, to help you clear blockages and attract new positive opportunities into your life.
