Q: Is Helen taking appointments for psychic medium readings or intuitive life coaching?
A: Helen often offers psychic readings, however there is no guarantee of these being offered on a regular basis. If and when we offer psychic readings, we do so firstly to our The Sage Send list and offer these members a private sales page. If any appointments remain, we then open the sales page to the public. We highly recommend becoming a member of The Sage Send list to ensure you’ll receive these emails with out psychic reading availabilities.

You might like to know each Monday Helen writes a free weekly energy reading where she pulls an oracle card and delivers messages (and sometimes channelling) for the Collective. Register for The Sage Send if you’d like to receive these.
Q: How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A: For physical products like oracle cards, we aim to send your parcel within 5 business days after receiving full payment (including shipping costs). If shipping within Australia, please allow another 2-3 business days for Australia Post to deliver. If sent outside Australia, please allow up to another two weeks for your order to arrive.
For electronic products like our meditations, you will instantly receive an email with link/s to download your product/s. Please download and save the file to your computer, as the link in the email will expire. We cannot reissue your order.
If you have purchased a reading with Helen, you will receive your recording by the end of the month you purchased for unless otherwise specified. This will be in your confirmation email.
Q: What type of postage do you offer?
A: Within Australia: We use Australia Post, which includes parcel tracking. International: Regular airmail is used which does not include a tracking service. If you would like to have your parcel tracked, please contact us before placing your order as additional fees apply.
Q: What happens if my parcel goes missing?
A: We never like it when things go missing, but once the product leaves our hands it is of course possible. Please contact us if this happens to you. Shipping within Australia will have a tracking number so we can help you locate your item. International shipping does not come with a tracking number, unless requested at the time of purchase. Without a tracking number, unfortunately we cannot track or item or issue a refund if it goes missing. If you have a shipping number, please contact us and we will try our best to help you.
Q: What do I need to know for international postage?
A: Please note you may incur additional international customs taxes and charges depending on your countries import/export conditions. These charges that may occur are payable by the receiver and The Little Sage accepts no responsibility or liability for any additional charges incurred for shipping international orders. Due to Australian export regulations, we unfortunately are unable to mark your purchase as a ‘gift’ even if it is bought with the intention of giving it as a gift.
Q: I would like to return a product. What is the process?
A: We take great pride in all our products, yet should you encounter a problem, please contact us.
For physical products: We generally do not refund or exchange items unless they are faulty.
The purchaser pays for the shipping on returned items and original shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.
For electronic products: There is no refund on electronic items once purchased.
Tickets to our events are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend and wish to transfer into someone else’s name, please contact us and let us know.
Q: I’m having trouble downloading my meditation. What should I do?
A: You will receive your meditation to the email address you provided at purchase. Once received, follow the prompts to download and save your meditation file to your laptop/computer. Once on your computer, you can add your meditation track to your iTunes library as you would any other music file.
For most computers you should be able to either of the following:
• go to the menu tab, click ‘file’ and ‘save as’. Save to your desktop and then drag to your iTunes to share to your devices.
• right click on the audio player and click ‘save as’ (or save ‘download video as’ on some computer.
Some mac users may experience a problem downloading due to an older computer/server or their personal saving preferences. If you cannot change your preferences to successfully download, please try another browser (such as Firefox, Mozilla, Chrome) to download.
Q: I bought my meditation a while ago and am only just downloading it now. Why isn’t it working?
A: The link in your email expires. Please ensure you download your meditation as soon as you receive it, as we cannot reissue your order.
Q: How do I add my meditation to my iTunes library?
A: Once downloaded, just drag the file and drop into your iTunes library. You’ll find further instructions with iTunes.
Q: How can I become a stockist of The Little Sage products?
A: The Little Sage is looking for like-minded stockists – we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us and outline your store details, what products you’re interested in stocking and any other relevant information in order to be considered.
Q: I’d love to become an affiliate of The Little Sage. Do you offer an affiliate program?
A: We are looking into affiliate options to unveil in the near future. If you’re interested in hearing from us when this launches, please contact us.

Q: I’ve purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone else if you cannot attend. Please contact us if this occurs. Ticket prices will not be refunded after you’ve attended the event.
Q: I’ve paid for the event, but haven’t received a ticket. What should I do?
A: Don’t worry, once purchased, your details are automatically added to the event guest list and we can see everyone attending at our end. Although no physical ticket is issued, you will receive a confirmation email outlining ‘what to expect’ – this is all you need. You don’t need to bring a ticket or confirmation to the event, as we will have your details on file.
Q: I’d love for Helen to speak at my event. How can I arrange this?
A: Helen loves new opportunities to meet with groups and speak at events. However, it is simply not possible to accept every offer we receive. To help determine if there’s a fit, here are some topics Helen often speaks about:

Q: I didn’t receive an email after purchase with further details. Now what do I do?
A: This email is usually sent a minute or two after purchase, but may take a little longer. Please double-check your junk mail folder in case the email landed there. If it’s not there, and it still hasn’t arrived within a few hours, please contact us and we can help you out.
Although there is special information regarding your membership to The Guide in that email, you can also login to The Guide while you wait. See the question below about logging in.
Q: How do I login?
A: To login to The Guide, please click here. You can also find the login page by finding “The Guide” on the main navigation along the top of The Little Sage website and finding “Login” on the dropdown menu under The Guide.
You can then enter your username and password on that page.
Your username is the first part of the email address linked to your purchase. So, if your email address is email@example.com, then your username will be “name”.
Your password is the password linked to your shopping account with The Little Sage.

Q: What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username and/or password?
A: If you’ve tried the username and password as outlined in the above question, you can be reminded of your username and password, or reset your password. You cannot change your username.
Simply visit this page and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Q: How long is my membership valid?
A: Your membership is valid for as long as you pay your monthly subscription fee. It is a rolling month-to-month subscription that will continue until you cancel your membership.
Q: How do I make my monthly payments?
Your monthly subscription fee will automatically be deducted from the account/payment method you nominate at the time of purchase – either PayPal or Credit Card.
Please ensure you have the funds available in this account each month because a failed payment will automatically cancel your membership and all access to The Guide will be closed, resulting in the loss of any materials linked to your account.
Q: When will my subscription fee be deducted from my account?
A: The subscription fee is automatically deducted from your account on the same date every month. So if your first payment was made on the 15th, your future payments would be deducted on the 15th every month thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
Q: Can I change my payment method?
Yes, of course. We offer payment via PayPal or Credit Card, so if you’d like to switch between the two, please login to The Guide and find “Manage My Account” on the homepage. You’ll be taken to a page where you can manage your subscription payments. Click on “View” beside your subscription to The Guide. Then, you will see an option to “Change Payment” for your subscription. Simply follow the prompts to arrange payment.
Q: Can I pause my membership?
Unfortunately, we only have the ability to offer active memberships. If you would like to take a break from The Guide, the best way to do this is to simply cancel your membership. You can always renew your membership later by signing up again. However, please bear in mind, that if you choose to sign up again later, you will be subject to the subscription price current at the time of renewal.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by terminating your subscription payments.
To cancel your subscription, please login to The Guide and find “Manage My Account” on the homepage. You’ll be taken to a page where you can manage your subscription payments. Click on “View” beside your subscription to The Guide. Then, you will see an option to “Cancel” your subscription. Clicking this button will automatically cancel your subscription.
Please note, that terminating your subscription will come into effect the day after the last day of your monthly billing cycle. For example, if you pay your membership monthly on the 15th, but you cancel your membership on the 10th, your cancelation will only come into effect on the 16th.
Q: Do you have longer subscription periods than month-to-month?
Not at the moment. A month-to-month subscription is the best way we can keep our costs low and still provide you flexibility to cancel or amend your membership.

Q: How much time will it take?
Because Mastery of the Oracle is a self-paced course, you can really dedicate as little or as much time as you like to it. It is delivered via email every two days, for 29 days. Each lesson may need around 30 minutes, but really, as much or as little time as you have is perfectly fine. You’ll also receive all the lessons and exercises as a downloadable ebook at the end of the course, so if time becomes scarce during the course, you can pick it up again at any time that suits.
Q: Do I have to be in class at a certain time?
No. The beauty of an email course is that it’s self paced. All the materials are delivered to you, wherever you are. Simply work through them where and when you like.
Q: How long will I have access to the materials?
Just keep a copy of the emails, or wait til the end of the course and download and save the final ebook to your computer, and you can access the materials anytime you like.
Q: Some of your previous courses have involved a Facebook group and interaction with Helen – does this one?
Mastery of the Oracle is designed as a self-paced course and does not include a group component or further personal instruction with Helen, as this was one of the ways we were able to keep the price down. If you would like to connect with other students past or present, simply tag #thelittlesage or #intuitiveliving on social media and you may find others completing the course.
Q: Is this course only offered at certain times?
We are currently offering Mastery of the Oracle as an evergreen course, meaning it is permanently available for purchase – however, this may change without notice, so if you’re interested in the course, please follow that pull and sign up.
Q: What if I start the course and realise it’s not for me?
While we realise the Mastery of the Oracle may not be for everyone, we unfortunately do not offer a refund on our electronic products, including this course.
Q: I purchased Mastery of the Oracle but haven’t received any emails?
The course will be sent to the email address associated with your shopping account with The Little Sage (set up at the time of purchase, or that you use regularly when you shop with us). Please check that email account, including your junk or spam folders. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us.
