I’m Helen Thomas, and I describe myself as a modern psychic and intuitive coach. Through The Little Sage, I offer personalised one-on-one readings and intuitive life coaching programs, workshops, classes and resources, and a blog jam packed with information and inspiration to help you find your intuition, truth, path and purpose.

A few years back, I thought I was living out the ‘right path’, but my life lacked true meaning and fulfilment. Through an ‘interesting’ turn of life events (which you can read about here or in some of these media articles) I discovered not only my intuition, but psychic and medium abilities too – and life began to take me on a very different journey. By following my intuition I discovered my path and purpose, and real meaning and fulfilment too. A life of joy!

Along the way, I discovered a few home truths:

• Everyone has intuition. Intuition is your in-built navigation system for life. But no one is telling you how to use it! The Little Sage bridges that gap.
• You don’t have to be an expert on intuition to make it work for you. The Little Sage empowers you to make it work. 
• You can build on your intuition and develop your in-built psychic skill. This isn’t scary, or ‘out there’. It is, however, a very handy way of understanding your life. The Little Sage teaches you how.
• There is a reason you are here. You have a particular set of life lessons and a purpose for your life. Knowing these makes life easier. The Little Sage can help you discover this.
• Your life lessons, your path, your purpose is unique to you. There is no point trying to replicate someone else’s path, or their idea of what your path should be. Listen to your inner voice, it knows where you’re going. The Little Sage will begin that conversation.
